The Thang
The Catalina Wine Mixer is a ladder stack with running. All excercises are OYO. All the PAX begin each rung of the ladder together. It's awful in every way imagineable.
Ascending the ladder
- 10 burpees, run to first island and back
- 10 burpees, 20 KB thrusters, run to second island and back
- 10 burpees, 20 KB thrusters, 30 Muricans, run to third island and back
- 10 burpees, 20 KB thrusters, 30 Muricans, 40 KB swings, run to fourth island and back
- 10 burpees, 20 KB thrusters, 30 Muricans, 40 KB swings, 50 4-ct low flutters, run to hill and back
Descending the ladder
