Hand release sprints

Limited attendance 5 and the Q  but we made due – missed you Red Ryder, Pellet and Tommy Boy.

Uncle Coco also showed – get your name in the system

Warm up –

started to do the serpentine hill run and the pax boycotted for " Ants may be in dem damn hills!"

I felt sorry for the pax and we did some sprints instead.  I think Tuck estimated 75 yards it was more like 120-130 yard sprints in my mind.  We did a few and a few warm up Burpees and Side Straddle hops.

We then proceeded to do more long sprints with a mix of hand-release merkans.

The workout –

We made our way to the bottom of the lot and did some light sprints to pull up forest

10 pull-ups – 10 hand release merkans

10 pull-ups – 20 hand release merkans

10 pull-ups – 30 hand release merkans

10 pull-ups – 20 hand release merkans

10 pull-ups – 10 hand release merkans

Back to bottome of hill.  Farmers carry, 3 of us and the other 3 running loops around median.  Flip Flop

back to front of church – sprints and hand release merkans till we ran out of time.
