Warmorama:

High Knees, Butt Kicks, Karyoke, Quadraphilia, Arm Circles, Touch toe stretch, Windmills, Cherry Pickers, Toy Soldiers, Imperial Storm Troopers, Side Straddle Hops.

The Thang:

Superset workout with the following exercises, 1st set 10 reps of each exercise, then, 2nd set 9 reps of each, 3rd 8, 7, 6, 5, 4 , 3, 2,1… Therefore a pyramid!

 

  1.  Burpees
  2.  Mountain Climbers
  3.  Squats
  4.  Mercans
  5.  Lunges
  6.  WWII

Mary:

3 rounds of the following exercises with no rest in between.

  • Freddy Mercury x 15 reps
  • Straight Leg lifts x 15 reps

  • Way to start out August gentlemen!
  • Oktoberfest got there early….5:30!
  • Evidently a pretty cool military exercise with Blackhawks and other helecoptors took place in Chicago.
  • Natty must have really balled last night!  Taking his son to the hoops!
  • The toothless one spoke many times throughout workout, even per Oktoberfest, "Twister blasting me in the face".  Guess that's why he lost count.
  • Cool, damp parking lot felt good during this workout!
  • Surf and Turf understands now why we call River Oaks the Quarry.   "You take home so much gravel with you!".  Love Cobalts nice plush parking lot to workout in.  Thanks HOA.
  • Oktoberfest is going to San Fran.  Going to hook up with some F3 guys, maybe some partner workouts, who knows.
