Okay, we ran about 3 miles, but the PAX held tough. Of course, Smores and Blackbeard provided ample Mumble Chattter.
I won't bore you with the entire workout mostly because at my age, I can't remember most of it. I could just swag it as most you don't read the BB or are getting forgetful like me.
Suffice it to say it was hard, you all did well and we are better for it.
It was cool to see Spaghetti-O's kottering. WElcome BACK!!
Do think about all who suffer with depression, or whatever heartache. My wife and I lost a business associate last week to suicide which I shared in the COT. It was sad to see him gone and to know what his family is going through. It also hit me how much he must have suffered all these years. So look out for those in our lives who need a shoulder, who need support and who suffer quietly.
