The Thang:

Station 1 – 3x

a) Bent over dumbbell lat – 15

b) Dumbbell lunges – 20

c) Dumbbell curls – 20

a) Outjacks – 20

b) Overhead tricept pulls – 20

c) Shoulder press and squat – 20

Station 3 – 2x

a) Reverse lunge twist 20

b) Tricept pull downs -20

c) 1 arm kettlebell swings -20

<run a lap>

Station 4 – 2x

a) Chest flies – 20

b) Incline press – push ups – 20

c) Bench dip – 20

Moleskin:

– Pax decided that it was too quite.  No big metal heads in the crew this morning so the Q let Spotify take us back to some 90s rock.

– Not a lot of chatter this morning.  Some sceptics in the pax at deviation from pure metal with the use of exercise bands. 

– Slow roll hates to see an open station and helped drive the pace this morning.

– Naty showed some disappointment with the lack of distance in the runs later bragging about his marathon training.  Don't forget where you started, Naty.
