A TEXAS-Sized Welcome Home Party – THE Denver Friday Fun Run

AO

7 welcomed Skipper back from his latest Texas trip.

Right out of the gate I could tell I was sorely missed.  Blart runs into the AO and gives me a sweaty Texas-sized manhug.  (I had to use soap twice to get the stink out).

We head-out.  I had told Vortex that he had the lead today because I was 50/50 with the late flight into CLT.  He heads us towards Governors, into Covington East, and then down to the end of Governors.

About 5.5 miles.

 – Jeeves was noticeably angry at Blart's open sign of bromance and then it was only compounded when I didn't spend much time with him until Mile 4.  (Maybe if you weren't always out of town)

 – Good to see Mr. Zick as always.  He shared the trials and tribulations of owning a business.

 – I've already spent too much time talking about Blart

 – Vortex FINALLY sported his new BLUE vest.  All I can say is WOW.  We observed a moment of silence for retirement of the Pink vest.  So many memories.

 – I think Meek ran some, but seems to be able to keep up just walking, although he can't seem to figure out site registration (FNG 1)

 – Dandelion put in some serious extra milage to make up for his beach debauchery.
