NMS:
- Really strong work this AM from the pax getting anywhere between 7 – 9 miles total
- Some modified and did one set of intervals others went the full distance
- Route was unclear per the Q…good thing the pax knew where we were headed
- Snoop, TC, and TP led the way…so strong and consistent gents
- Anchovy & Butterknife were flyin'…thanks for bringing Butter Knife out…hope to see you at GAGA again soon
- Prof & Gypsy found their groove on the greenway
- Looked like the Poptart, Big Montana, and Dingo group laid down a solid first interval through the Glenmiro hill
- Thanks Hoodie for the push today…needed it brother. You crushed that run.
