First off, great to see Zook back in the fold and Kottering back.

Good luck to Tupak as he competes this weekend in a mini-Tri at the LK YMCA.  

 

The Q confused the Pax my repeating several exercises in the warm up.  I think it's good to break each exercise into smaller pieces as we arm our muscles!  Thanks for the mumble chatter.

After some warm ups we headed to the Office park area over the bridge.  

At the knee wall…

Squats x 10IC (sit on your butt)

partner press while partner planks on wall – x 10 each

more Squats, then repeato on the partner press.

Long mosey around the complex where we found some space for wheelbarrowing, then Dora (bear crawl while performing combined 100 Merkins)

Mosey to initial Knee wall for more Squats(10 IC)  and partner presses (8 ea).  We couldn't pass up a good wall for dips, so we did some, naturally.

Back across the bridge to the Hill near Which Wich with parnter Sprints to top and back while P2 performs low flutter, flip flo, then Jay-Lo's, LBC's.  "I thought you said we weren't going to run" was heard more than once.  These were short distances, so they don't count (hmm).

We worked in plenty of planking with many variations….

Mosey to center of Birkdale Village (wow, a lot of guys at Starbucks already!) where partnered for lap around the center with more Mary work by partner.

MOsey to fountain where we planked and each shared our favorite summer moment.  Thanks for sharing all!  We wrapped up with some Crunchy Frogs (x15 IC for good effort) then 10 Merkins IC.
