High Knees,  Butt Kicks, Karyoke, SSH x 30, IST x 15, Arm circles front and back, TS x 15, WM x15, CP x15

The Thang:

HIIT Exercise- High Intensity Interval Training-  45 secs of as many reps of the following exercises as possible followed by 20 secs of rest, then 45 secs of the next exercise, 20 secs of rest, etc…
