3 brave men appeared in the gloom for a metal beatdown.

 

Warmorama:

High knees, butt kicks, karyoke, skip, quadrophilia, SSH x 30, Wind Mills x 15, TS x 15 

The Thang:

9 stations were set, Pax rotated through each station, 10 reps per station

  1.  Tricep pull downs
  2.  Deadlift
  3.  Bentover Flies
  4.  Bench (with band option)
  5.  Perpendicular bench skull crushers
  6.  Clean Press
  7.  Kettlebell Swing
  8.  Hammer Curls 
  9.  Front Raises

Jog around parking lot and back to base.

Mary:

  • Mason Twist – Double
  • Plank Toe Touch – Surf and Turf
  • Leg Lifts – Tigre

Moleskin:

  • Thanks to Surf and Turf for bringing resistant bands for Tricep pull downs and bench.  The big black band was too beasty for the boys!
  • Soreness prevailed after the Tuesday Murph, Grip took it to us!  
  • Not much mumble chatter today, other than grunts and groans
  • Clean press proved to be the "tough" station, crowd favorite. 
  • Double Double is on a stretch for being in town!  2nd workout in a row, Q tomorrow.  He's a stud!
  • Congrats to Surf and Turf!   One on the way!!  10 weeks now, prayers go up for a healthy baby!  Congratulations to our F3 brother!
  • Surf and Turf provided some good metal work out tunes this am.
