Workout:

3 Laps around the 17 islands that represents 9/11 anniversary 

9 Burpees at bottom of hill then run to top and do 11 more burpees then run around the 17 islands again 

9 Merkins at bottom of hill then run to top and do 11 more merkins then run around the 17 islands again

9 Jump squats at bottom of hill then run to top and do 11 more Jump squats then run around the 17 islands again

9 Jump Lunges at bottom of hill then run to top and do 11 more jump lunges then run around the 17 islands again

 Repeat The above
