Men gathered at 7 AM at The Gates I pool parking lot…..and then men ran. For some of us, it was training for the LKN Basin Run. For others, namely everyone who ran the BRR, it was a short run. We got in about 5, give or take.
The plan is to go +1 mile or so each Sunday to get us all ready for November. Hope to see more of you with us next week.
