7 Men of F3 woke to a cooler morning gloom with Fall written all over it. Still muggy though to flush the toxins all the way out. This is what happened.
Mosey into park from CCC lot for short yog in upper parking lot.

Stay put & look to the grass for small rock pile.
Rocks I – all IC.
Choose a challenging rock.
Curls x 10, Shoulder Press x 10, LBC x 15, Goblet Squat x 10, take loop around upper parking lot, then Repeato. Rocks down.
Mosey toward tennis courts for the bigger rock pile
Rocks II – all IC.
Choose a challenging rock.
Skull crushers x 10, Bent over row x 10, Mason twist x 15 (pax choice to use rock), Alt front lunge x 10, out & back run past tennis court to hill & back, then Repeato. Rocks down.
Mosey to the lower pavilion. All IC.
Incline mericans x 10 IC, Dips x 10 IC, Step ups OYO 10 each leg, then Repeato
Out to near parking lot to Lunge walk with Air press to speed bump.
Mosey back to base camp for MARY.

1 – Good to get back to Q a bootcamp at The Viking ! Tough with all run training for BRR was not in bootcamp shape. Tried to fake it the best I could. Think I may have fooled the pax.
2 – Good to meet Svedka (liquor) who said was his 3rd post with other ones at Fall Out. Just quietly putting the work in with a Tough Mudder shirt on. Keep coming back ! You may really like F3.
3 – T-claps to Commando with only few more weeks before going into military starting basic training at Ft Bragg I believe. He said will use F3 as a primer to get into shape to start with an advantage. Good luck brother !
4 – Took 2 weeks off after BRR so technically a Kotter. Felt good to get out of the Fart Sack to start a new day. Bring on the 2 day soreness. Yikes !
