  • Cooler temps this am with 99% humidity.  Felt nice though.
  • The Germanator had a raw coccyx from all the WWII's from last Thursday's workout.  Felt like it was pay back for WWII.  This pain is also known as coccydynia…  Next workout he will probably bring his yoga mat!
