- Natty Lite and El Tigre showed up after a standard run this morning…..getting ready for upcoming half marathon. Impressive. Natty's greeting to the Pax was solid (or maybe the opposite).
- Pax was admiring and complimenting someone's sweet smell this morning. Never figured out the source but my guess is El Tigre was calling out his own new detergent.
- Surf and Turf kept Q straight again today…..thanks Surf
- Natty's version of Jump Around was almost as good as House of Pain back in the day
- Double Double is lightning fast on the downhill
- Pax mastered the Indian Run this morning…..nobody left behind
- Pumped to hear about Double Double's big win at work
- Caught some refreshing rain for the second half of the workout – second time we've seen rain during a workout all summer.
- Natty's shirtless back-to-wet pavement seal call was the highlight of the workout and a fan favorite…."I used to be a lifeguard and I perfected my craft" – I believe that was the quote. Natty is a funny dude…..never disappoints.
- Surf and Turf misses those college days and wet parking lots….no reason to expand further here
- Double Double suggested a nickname for Q…..The Burpenator……somehow it didn't stick
