Set 2 Grab Blocks

  • Bears and Blocks (Bear Crawl across parking lot while pulling block underneath)
  • Curls 15 IC
  • Skull Crusher 15 IC
  • Thruster 15 IC
  • Upright Row 10 IC
  • Lawn Mower 10 OYO R/L
  • Lap around 2 islands stoping half way for Burpees 10 OYO

Set 3

  • Pull Up 5 OYO
  • Merkin 5 IC
  • Repeato

Set 4

  • Curls 15 IC
  • Skull Crusher 15 IC
  • Thruster 15 IC
  • Upright Row 10 IC
  • Lawn Mower 10 OYO R/L
  • Run to benches

Set 5

  • Dip 15 IC
  • Balls to wall while half of pax do 10 Merkins, then Flap Jack
  • Dip 10 IC
  • Run back to blocks

Set 6 

  • Block Burpee Suicides using about 12 parking space lines – one Burpee on the baseline each return leg

Set 7 (Thanks Bam Bam)

  • Block Slides (pushing Block out in front) across the parking lot with 3 Burpees when finished
  • Repeato 3 times
