Hey, I have a question……

You know how that 4-year old little boy that keeps asking those curious questions is cute?  It wears off quickly, especially if he is 6'7" and has a mustache….

When YHC arrived at the recently relocated Brickyard designated parking area there were already PAX getting in a few reps.

The Warmup

  • 1 lap around the building
  • 5 Burpees OYO
  • x10 IC: SSH, IST, Vegetation Gatherer
  • Mosey across the street
  • 5 Burpees OYO
  • x10 IC: Nymphmill, Mericans, Mountian Climbers

The Thang:

PAX was instructed to pick a partner, retrieve a brick from the stack, and create a line from gooseneck trailer to building.  This would be the start/finish line.  Each team of two would complete the following stages, one PAX runs a lap (counterclockwise as is our custom) around the building while the other completes AMRAP; brick assisted unless otherwise noted, until the sum is the amount desired by the Q.  Once compete the team may plank, LBC or pickup extra reps form PAX not yet finished.  Seemed simple and eloquently explained, but there were still a lot of questions.

  1. Stage 1: 50 Burpees (No Brick)
  2. Stage 2: 100 Skullcrushers
  3. Stage 3: 150 Overhead presses
  4. Stage 4: 200 Curls
  5. Stage 5: 200 Squats

Mosey to the newly minted parking area for some Mary

  • x10 Freddie Mercury
  • x15 Mason Twists (cadence delivered by LW in his own special way)
