  • Tricep extensions (x15 each arm)

 5 studs showed up for some gains this morning despite the downpour. F3 ladies took roust in the gazebo leaving the gents to embrace all of nature. 

Over under may have been renamed The Human Centipede. 

The Turkish get-up is no joke. Double double protested saying something about not wanting to join in on a Turkish bath.
