Part I – Fabio, Kaczynski, Mater, YHC
6:30 AM – Mater parks his jeep and gets after it to get a warm up for the run with a run
7 AM – YHC rolls out back to find Kascynski's and Fabio's jeeps present and ready to roll.
7:15 AM – Mater & YHC go straight, Fabio & Kascynski go right, presumably to unearth the stash of cash that Kascynski won last night at Hefty's poker game.
7:45 AM – YHC arrives at the launch pad, Mater keeps going to get to 6 total mile
7:50 AM – Kaczynski pulls in, cutting his target of 8 back to 6 due to the sodium heavy Mexican fare at last night's game, more specifically the bacon wrapped avocado slices
8:00 – we break, assuming Fabio will find his way back at some point – apparently he logged 14 miles, Fabio is Italian for 'beast of the pavement'. He's probably running while reading this.
Part II – Hefty, Skipper, YHC
11:55 – YHC rolls out the back to find Skipper & Hefty eagerly awaiting. Hefty getting .8 in with his home to launch pad warm up and Skipper specifically stating 'after 11 this morning, i need a good shakeout run'
12:00 – we launch and make our way toward Sonar's house. Discussion of disrupting his Sunday ended quickly and we trudged on. Respect!
12:10 – With a pace of 8:30 ish, there was concern that this may be more than a Shakeout Run
12:15 – the concern becomes a reality – it's not the Fakeout Shakeout run
12:20 – we run past the Sports Page, Skipper longs for a burger but he stays focused
12:30 – Hefty pulls YHC up the Sedgebrook Main segment then darts for home, thanks for dragging me to my 2nd PR today
12:45 – Skipper & YHC make it back to the launch pad, Skipper having logged 15.6 today earns the burger he's been talking about
