14 Men climbed out of their beds to excercise not only their muscles, but also their minds. Many found out 6th graders might be smarter than them.
WARMORAMA:

THE THANG:
Seperated into three lines: Fast, Not as much, and REALLY not as fast. Sprinted to designated area by line and Sprinted back. Bear-crawled to designated area and back. Karaoke to designated area and back.
Mosyed back to Birkdale Theater area. People's chair. Air press. PAX counted off to form three groups.
Moseyed over to under-cover parking deck to the awaiting Map of USA.
THE REAL THANG:
Map of USA, showing outline of each state, list of each state capital name and two wires allowing each PAX to touch (complete the electrical circuit) the state with the correct state capital name. If successful, PAX gets the light bulb to iluminate and picks card from EASY workout routine pile. If incorrect Capital answer, PAX picks from HARD workout routine pile. Each PAX goes back to his group and Qs the hand-picked workout routine.
Work Out routines for EASY were: 2-short laps; 3-Low, slow squat; 4-WW2 sit-ups; 5-Carolina Dry Docks; 6-Diamond Merkins
Work Out routines for HARD (aka got incorrect state capital) were: 9-Squat Thrusts, 10-Monkey Humpers; Jack-10 Wide Arm Merkins; Queen-10 Mountain Climbers; and King-10 Burpees.
MARY:
Hollywood kindly lead as Q (and Code Blue) had to load map into SUV before Birkdale rent-a-cop might possibly be concerned. Went around circle with each PAX selecting a MARY exercise. Announced need to BasinRun volunteers. DeepDish did a great job taking us out for F3.
MOLESKIN:
– It came out that Q and his son (then in 6th grade) made the USA/State Capital board. Mumble chatter about most of the PAX being a bit remiss on their 6th grade state capital knowledge.
– Rain held off for most part, slick areas made for some interesting moves. Parking area under cover worked well for "Capital" part of Work Out.
– Unable to find Three Rivers (Jim Nesta) in F3 sight PAX listing, but he was at this work out.
– Second post for Dave Telby (hard to hear name on recording…may have that incorrect) who was initially brought out by Omega. Dave told us he moved in from San Diego, in Mortgage business and likes heavy metal music. After hearing Heavy Metal music, the great minds present quickly settled on his new F3 name of: Cinderella. Welcome Cinderella !!!!
