Boo Boo Bear Crawl:
Similar to bear crawl, but with either leg held off the ground all the time so the back leg has to basically hop forward.  Boo boo bear crawl up the parking lot and mosey back (then, plank until all pax complete).  Scaling this was switching legs…but, apparently scaling switching legs, was just Bear Crawl…scaling that was a walk!
 
Boo Boo Crawl Bear:
See above description, but going backwards.  There was some mumbling about whether or not this was a valid exercise, that it NOT be entered as an option in the F3 Exercise Inventory…and even some mumbling about DELETING the Boo Boo Bear Crawl permanently. 
 
Bear Crawl Ring of Fire:
Begin by bear crawling around in circle until Q says stop. Upon stopping, first pax completes 10 merkins while other pax plank, then next pax in line completes 10 merkins while other pax plank. Keep going around until all pax have completed the 10 merkins.

Pain Stations:
2 pax run with a cinder block to the top of Crepe Ridge (left from AO), execute Colt 45 (described below) and run back with their cinder block to the playground, as the counter.  Stations are step-ups, Australian pull-ups, skull crushers, and Burp-ups (burpees followed by pull-ups on the Monkey Bars).
 
Colt 45  Cinder Block Curls:
15 reps go from the bottom of the movement up to the halfway point (with your arms at a 90 degree angle and hands at elbow level).
15 reps go from the halfway point up to the top of the bicep curl (hands up near shoulder level).
15 reps start at the bottom of the movement and complete a full range of movement all the way up.

I then mistakenly called the close of the workout, but Skipper rightfully insisted we continue as there were minutes left!  I'm not sure how he knew the time without a watch.  I think he can tell by the placement of the sun.  So we continued! :

I shared a story about how I missed last Sat. because I was w/ the fam. at Great Wolf Lodge where there is the Howlin' Tornado water slide, described as: "drop into the six-story funnel of fun…see high you can ride up the walls before you shoot into the last tunnel for an unforgettable splashdown."  One member of my "Wolf Pack" was in fear of it, but after discussing it and facing it head on, everything was fine!
