4.5 miles of hilly terrain were covered in preparation of the upcoming basin run relay next week. The race is almost here so not much can be gained at this point but it's always nice to get out and enjoy the nice cool air and some fellowship. There is definitely nothing to be gained from the fart sack. Felt like I was holding Spork back all morning but he patiently ran at my pace. I may have screamed like a little girl when I went around the Trilogy gate and encountered the largest spider in existence.
