Taper

An even six of MIL’s finest specimens made it out on a low 40 degree morning to choose their own personal and unique form of taper prior to winning the Charlotte half marathon on Saturday.

  • The half moon stretch at the beginning does not really look like a semi-colon, it is more like an open parenthesis

  • That being said, colon sure seemed to be the word of the day and got plenty of mileage

  • Adam Joseph Scherr (born September 6, 1983) is an American professional wrestler and former strongman currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the Raw brand under the ring name Braun Strowman. His billed height is 6 ft. 8 in, and billed weight is 385 pounds.

  • He was born September 6, 1983, in the small town of Sherrills Ford, North Carolina. As he grew older he also spent time in Arkansas and in Tennessee. As a teen he attended Bandys High School, where he was on the football, track and field and wrestling teams. After graduating in 2001, Scherr "goofed off" until 2003, when he enrolled in a community college. He spent the next four years playing football semi-professionally for the Hickory Hornets, supplementing his income by working as a doorman and mechanic. Scherr attended the NFL Scouting Combine in 2007, but he ultimately did not turn professional. In the late 2000s, he began competing in amateur strongman competitions which led to his career in WWE wrestling

  • Braun Strowman’s catchphrase is ‘Get These Hands’. He explains the reasoning behind it

    • “Everyone in some point in time has been angry about something where you think something along the lines of, 'You motherf—r. One more time and you are going to get these hands.' It's the whole motto behind that and that is why I believe people have attached themselves to it because everyone has thought that way,” added Strowman

  • Q was kind and gentle today, but beware, he can turn heel at any moment

  • Pretty sure dolphins have blow holes

  • How did Arizona manage to attach himself to the ceiling? The clench

  • It is really hard to do abs while laughing

  • When touring wineries in Napa valley, you must try and sample the spit cup

  • If that last sentence is heard incorrectly, it can really cause a tangent in the conversation (strap-on?)

  • Be careful during the TSA security check if it looks like you are carrying more than 3.5oz of back sweat as part of the thermal imaging screening device

  • Great work men!
