The temp was extremely nice this morning just under 40 and perfect for running which is what we do at Fartlek.
So what happened?
We ran almost 6.50 miles
We converged w/ Gaga's EZ group and ran down Devonshire for about 2 miles at F2 pace.
Before and After the Convergence YHC had the music going to the pleasure of some. Note to self Tagless does not care for Hip Hop, Rap or Olde Skool Rap. Probably need to get some playlist requests.
As always, I enjoyed the opportunity to Q such a fine group. This is one of my favorite runs during the week and its because of the great guys that come out to Fartlek.
