6 x 800's w/400m recovery – A bunch of guys ran this, including BigMontana and Dingo for their first round of Speedwork (at least in a long time). Snoopy was crazy fast, Hoodie was right behind him with Auto hitting a new level. Anchovy, DH and Lego were faster than YHC but at least I didn't lose them this time.
