12 pax showed up at 0510, in the rain (or at least some misty crap) to enjoy Options at #Gaga. Professor took the EZ crew on 6 miles through Birkdale Village and the Greenway, and hit his pace perfectly as only a Professor could. The Speed crew worked on 400's, except for YHC who made as many stops at the famous #GagaBathrooms as I did laps around the segment. (Frodo was also there…he's not in the F3LKN database)

12 x 400's w/400m recovery – A bunch of guys ran this, All sorts of paces, including Ghost and Snoopy who are crazy fast. Ghost ran it in multiple directions, and decided to run 400 #1 from who the hell knows where, as he disappeared into the distance before I figured out what he was doing.
