Warm O'Rama

The pax were excited.  I drive past Camp Gladiator and didn't hit anyone.  I was excited.  The following exercises and movemnets were done:

  1. SSH X12 IC
  2. Peter Parker X12 IC
  3. Slowesy to the deck
  4. 12 to 14 lunges with a touch of the ground inside the extended leg plus a reach to the outiside
  5. Slowesy to the next deck
  6. Bear crawl to the Dodge Charger
  7. Slowesy past Camp Gladiator to the top deck

The Main Thang

  • Round 1,2,5
    • PAX1: The Timer works on the Battle Ropes.  The timer performs the following:
      • 20 L/R traditional single arm reps
      • 20 L/R Crosseover reps 
      • 10 Both hands together side to side slams
      • Its a terrible sequence. 
      • Note – everyone else does AMRAP until the battle ropes PAX completes
    • PAX2: Lunge with 25 lb weights in each arm and a curl back to the top
    • PAX3: WWII Situps with the 20 LB Med Ball with a shoulder press at the top
      • Note – Tradiotionail WW2 sit up after round 1 was enforced to save the Pax from injury
    • PAX4: Bosu Ball pushups
    • PAX5: Slam ball squats – I had a dead slam ball.  Slam it down.  Pick it up
  • Rounds 3,4
    • PAX1: Same ropes deal – if its perfect why change
    • PAX2: Side lunges with the weigjts in each hand and a tap of the weight to the lunge side
    • PAX3: Traditional 8 Count Burner with the 20 lb med ball
    • PAX4: Low plank with the Bosu ball flat side up 
    • PAX5: Throw the slam ball out in front of you…chase it…throw it…chase it…rinse, lather repeat
  • Mary
    • YHC brought 'What's New Pussy Cat' back
    • Hold Al Gore why Tom Jones sings THEE song and do a burpee at the chorus of the song

The Nekked Man Mole Skin

  • Jaws ate this workoput up like his predessesor from the Bond films
  • Freedom as the Master Q showed why he owns the decks of H'ville – you cant stop him…you can only hope to contain him
  • IceMan has ZERO quit – he arrived early, started working while we changed stations, and yeah…never quit
  • Swanson is getting stronger.  He loves a good challenge.   The weights were too much, the challenge too big…but he still competed and finished everything
  • YHC is just trying to survive and lead the men to get better.
