Fake it ’til you Make it.

YHC arrived just at the prescribed time of 5:29 am and approached the PAX form an undisclosed location.  The PAX were surveyed which direction they preferred based on the preblast.  They chose wisely.

The Thang

We set off south down Morrison Plantation Pkwy, left on plantation ridge, around the fountain, and left on Williamson.  At this point, there were some rumblings that this was not the route from the preblast.  YHC was not sure himself but reassured the PAX that they were mistaken and not to question the Q.  From there Chicken Little was almost out of our sights so in my best Will Farrell voice I gave him the rest of the directions and a pep talk from the movie Airplane, "We're all counting on you"  RIght on Knob Hill, right on Rolling Hills, right on Gasoline Alley, right on Raceway Dr., an left on Singleton (Dewy Hill).  At this point, we were reliving the Basin run and FLG's unfortunate mishap.  No, not the lack of directional awareness, him soiling himself.  Duvall, I have Autobell gift certificates available for purchase, a school fundraiser. Right on Morrison Plantation Pkwy,  left on Plantation Ridge, right on Montibello and back to the AO.

At this point, I could see what I thought was the glimmer of headlamps from our ruckers…..  It was the headlights of their cars.  A quick look at my watch, nope 6:05……..

It appears there was a pre COT to the real COT.  Nevertheless, we circled up, counted off and prayed
