Birthday Beatdown at The Sword

7 made it out for a birthday beatdown.  I am now officially closer to 50 than 40…super.

Warm-up

Mosey to the blocks

The Thang

Run with pain stations around the LFC parking lot (0.33 miles).  Started at 12 reps of each exercise around the circle, then kept dropping by 2 until finished.  Stayed together as a group.

Finished up, which gave us a total of 42 reps per station.  That didn’t seem right since I was turning 45, so we did one last loop OYO with 3 reps to calm my OCD.
