5 Studs ventured out on a slightly wet cool am that got warm quick!

Warmorama:

Run 2 laps around parking lot, SSH x 25 IC, Windmills x 15 IC, CP x 15 IC,  Arm Rotations forward and backwards, 10 Burpees OYO.

The Thang:

Lightweight Leanout! 

Low weight workout using 5-15lb dumbbells, 20 secs of each exercise with AMRAPS, followed by 10 secs of rest.  1 min rest after each round of all of the following exercises:

  1.  Side Straddle Hops
  2.  Skier Swing
  3.  Thruster
  4.  Rotational Punch
  5.  Diagonal Chop (Switch Halfway)
  6.  Discus (Switch Halfway)
  7.  Ground and Pound
  8.  Speed Z Press

Pax completed 6 Rounds

Moleskin:

  • Q was prepped with new workout for pax.  Q got hammered for not testing workout first.  Clinical trial turned out well.  Pax passed the test with flying colors! 
  • Great seeing Shaft out again!  Shut yo mouth!
  • One of the pax came prepared with response to weights, something to do with oh you don't think I can do that?
  • Q had metal playlist, AC/DC, Guns N' Roses, etc.  Blast from the 80's .
  • Billy Blanks would have been proud of us. 
  • It's amazing how heavy light weights get toward the end of the workout.
