Thanks to an epic triple-swap among MQ's of Excelsior, Estate, and Titan… I found myself standing in the Barnette parking lot at 6:00am on a Saturday morning with a workout to run. And that was literally the plan: RUN. My enthusiasm was low, as sometimes happens the first truely cold post of fall (it was 33 degrees)… but good company and a quick start tends to be an excellent "runners coffee".
Professor came in hot off the River Rat 10K, looking for some recovery miles… Vandelay arrived with me, ready for a fresh serving of pain. So off we went! We stopped at Bradley for a brief warm-o-ramma, and then a quick stop to kiss the rock. Otherwise, it was all running. Solid fellowship and chatter this morning, and we all stuck around for the Estate.
