Perfect morning to do what we do at Fartlek which is run.

It was good to see 5 Jive Turkey's besides myself that were able to get out of the fartsack and fully embrace a nice stroll this crsip morning.

As 0510 approached it became clear that Tagless would not be joining us this fine morning. Fartsacking? Who knows. Anyway, we embarked on our run and as we headed down Harvington Dr., it became clear that we should pay tribute to Tagless. We halted our run, gathered round his driveway and Ultraman lead us in a round of Monkey Humpers. Once finished we provided an F3 salute and headed back on our way to get some Huntersville Half training.

With Thanksgiving just a few days away, I wanted to show my apprecation by providing an opportunity to the pax to get in about 6.5 miles w/ a preview of some of the front side of the Huntersville Half Marathon course. The route we ran today can be viewed here  https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/2322946027

Rocket, post run was kind enough to share his Q rating of YHC and I rec'd 1 Star. May need to catch up w/ you for some 2F and see what we can do to get that rating up to 5 Stars.

As always, I am very grateful for the opportunity to Q such a fine group of men.

Until next time,
