No burpees

I heard the PAX loud and cleared so I promised a workout without my staples so I guaranteed no burpees, merkin shuffle, bear crawls, crab walks, lunges and minimal running.I delivered on my promise.Good old fashion kettlebell workout.Kettlebell ladder. Started at 20 count in cadence (6 excercises), 2 merkins and recovery lap.Decreased kettlebell count by 2 and increased merkin count by 2 each round.Finished at 12 and 10.
