8 Posted for this months Murph. Fun was had, but since it's 24 hours past the time that we met, YHC can't remember much of the MC. This may be Dirt's first and final appearance at Mustang's Murph. Why you may ask??? Well he lives 2 minutes from the SVU AO and didn't know that they also did #TheMurph on the last Monday of the month. Metrodog, I'm sure, will welcome him as pull-ups appear to be in his wheelhouse. But how long until Skipper turns him into a runner who skips (SWIDT?) his crosstraining?
