4 dudes meet on a balmy 26 degree am for workout at Cobalt!

Warmorama:

Stretching, High Knees, Butt Kicks,  SSH x 50 IC, Windmills x 15 IC.

The Thang:

10 reps of the the following exercises, then 9 reps of each, then 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 with no rest between sets.

  1. Burpees (single count, SC)
  2. Merkins ( in cadence, IC)
  3. Squats SC
  4. Mountain Climbers IC
  5. Lunges each leg
  6. WWII's SC

Mary:

3 sets with 15 reps each exercise, no rest in between sets:

  • Freddie Mercury's IC
  • Leg Lifts SC

Run 10 mins after this, over a mile..

Moleskin:

  • Great seeing Mojito back out!  He got a standard in, running from his house.
  • Mojito figures out his exterior illumination problem, that gets you right into the Christmas Spirit when you get everything up and nothing works…
  • Sweat marks got more defined as workout proceeded…
  • Evidently we definitely have an athlete amongst us.  Natty won the tennis tourny this last weekend, currently in 2nd on his first curling season, post season play after two more regular season matches.  Look out.  Possible future olympian!
  • Slow Roll again leading the pax in the run, well, in every excercise, LOL.  Dude's a stud.  Getting a little extra credit in during workout and pounding out run.
  • Natty getting some extra workouts in during the week with yoga and spin classes.  Going to "spin" after this workout.  Good stuff Natty!
  • Great workout men!  
  • Mojito has the lead next Thursday… bringing the workout "Vegas".  Sounds like a gamble to me…See you guys there!
