YHC showed up at 0528 to plant the shovel flag and only found 1 PAX in attendance so we started the warmup in hopes others would show up.
WARMUP
-Two more pax trickled in late. One due to car trouble and one because well, I think he thinks we start at 0533?
THE THANG
-Sally (Just to get the juices flowing)
-Mosey around the parking lot to the block pile.
-Grab a block and take it to the pull up bar.
-Various block exercises were done while 1 PAX did 5 pullups.

*Should Press
*Trifecta
*LBCs
*Squats
-Return blocks to the pile.
-1 Min wall sit with air presses
-Balls to the wall
-Mosey around the parking lot back to the launch pad. Variations of backwards run and karaoke took place.
-7 minutes of burpees to the sweet jams of Led Zeppelin.

YHC has been going through some very difficult times lately between issues at work and issues with the M’s pregnancy. I have spent way too many hours stressing out about things going on. I turned to the lord to help me a few weeks ago and subsequently received good news about the baby that put our minds at ease. Yesterday I made the difficult decision to step out of my comfort zone and make a career change so that I can hopefully gain some comfort and stability. None of this could have been done without the help and support of those around me. I thank the lord for giving me the strength to do it. I immediately felt a sense of calm come over me which reassured me that I did the right thing.
MOLESKIN
-Marker is a beast. Guy gets there early to run and continues to improve every week. Kudos and respect brother.
-Zippy has car trouble but still makes it and shows us what bellz do for you by killing the pullups and Sally.
-Clark arrives a little late but makes up for it by also killing Sally and the pullups. You guys make it look easy.
-Not sure where everybody was on this beautiful morning but I will take it as a compliment. Must have been scared of the beatdown I was going to bring.
-Clark and Marker were in a rather odd position during pull up assistance.
-PAX needs to do more pullups as they were tougher than they should have been.
