- This morning marked 4 years of F3 for YHC. YHC posted the last Monday of December 2014 to an empty Arnies parking lot and wondered about this F3 thang only to find out the following first Monday in January 2015 that F3 converged for The Murph on the last Monday of every month. It was that first Monday in January 2015 that YHC was named. Thought it would be fitting to bail on The Murph and ensure that there were pax at the Arnies AO this morning. Thanks to the the LFC Men's Ministry for the EH (Email Headlock in my case) and to the pax for always showing up with constant encouragement and motivation.
