The dire warnings of precipitation (wait, there weren't any?)… the strong suggestions of heavy rain (oh, none of those either?)… the moderate suggestions of slight precipitation seems to have caused some consternation to some PAX causing their fartsack to gobble them up this morning. However, 3 strong HIM's (Kings of HIMs perhaps) managed to fight through those first 6 inches (being the hardest of course) and showed up for the final Monster Mile Murph of the year.
Lear jumped off to an early start and ran it sad clown, with Cheez Wiz and YHC playing catch up.
The Thang was The Murph. Two 1-mile runs sandwhiched around 10 rounds of 10 pullups (OYO), 10 Mericans (Double Count In Cadence) and 15 air squats (DC-IC) making for totals of 100, 200, & 300 respectively.
