A large and thunderous crowd (30'ish) of hard-chargers convened from all corners of F3LKN to launch our Saturday Q-Source journey. As expected with our group, the discussion was thought-provoking and meaningful. Today's topic was the leader as a disruptor, with much discussion about moving toward advantage; what's it mean to "disrupt" in a positive way; how can we move toward being "legacy" leaders; how do we lead in our professional and personal settings; how do we lead with love; etc etc etc.
