and PB&J and newly minted, Motor Pool.  Welcome Motor Pool.  You saw today what F3 is all about.

That makes it 50 guys that posted for this convergence.

The workout was great, but what is really important is the show of support of one of our longest F3 participants in the LKN region, Snake Eyes (his mother named him Ricky Luckey).  He's truly a gentlemen in every sense of the word.  Here are some exerpts from his words to the Pax.

"I want to thank everybody for coming out and supporting me and my family.  I truly love everyone of you guys…but for me it shows me how important f3 is …I could go on about the workout and how it got me in shape.  we say that all the time. I heard you guys were going to do a workout in honor of my mother, Estella Luckey, I didn't know what to say or to think.  It's not just words.  I truly thank you…"

We did lots of running, Merkins, blah, blah.  We each saw some guys we hadn't seen in awhile.  Sometimes painful moments bring us together and remind us of the importance of community, fellowship.  Thanks to all the men of the LKN region.  Iron Sharpens Iron.

Be good and God Bless.
