MOLESKIN

·         YHC was truly humbled by the turnout for the 5-year anniversary Q. Several others unable to attend reached out with congratulations. Only a group of committed–some would say crazy/cultish– and accountable men would arrive cheerfully for a workout in 28 degree weather to lift rocks and crawl around a parking lot for 45 minutes with YHC as leader.

·         So many great memories over the past five years, it’s impossible to list them all. Like many others, the work-outs in crazy weather or BRR legs in the middle of the night have generated a common bond that only F3 brothers share.

·         However, the tragic passing of our brother David Melin a.k.a. Schneider reminded YHC of the truly moving moments in F3 LKN. Convergences for IKEA, Olive and others during the most difficult times in their lives have shown the real power of this organization.  My brother passed away several years ago in similar circumstances as Schneider.  It left me questioning  how to help those  suffering in silence.  The answer was and is F3. Schneider’s passing reminded me that we’ve been given this incredible gift of life, and a brotherhood that keeps watch over each other. Make it a point over the coming days to reach out to a F3 Pax that has not posted just to connect and encourage. Our lives are fragile and precious and so worth living. We impact others many times without realizing it. Schneider, you had that impact on me—I hope you are looking down on us knowing that we are all better for having you touch our lives and could smile at the outpouring of F3 gathered to celebrate your life. We collectively pray for your family that they find peace and healing.

·         T-claps to Ultraman for converging Cauldron with The General for the occasion.

·          Prayers for Top Gun’s relative, The Force’s friends and Landline’s manager.

·         Thanks to all that supported Mayhem’s drive to collect items for Charlotte Men’s Shelter.

·         Support the upcoming Operation Sweet Tooth run on March 30th.

·         Thanks Eeyore for the privilege of leading at this AO.

Aye.
