Excuse me, are those dice Fuzzy?

The weather was a lot better than the forecast.  The rain stopped in time for the workout and the temperature was a manageable 41 at launch.  Speaking of the launch – Omega had pre-balsted a Standard – but after a run and pick-up basketball yesterday, he pampered himself with an extra 30 minutes of sleep and let Soprano and Kid Rock handle the Standard without him.

Matt Marino – yet another Rome, NY transplant – posted for his second time and was given the F3 handle Isotoner.  Marino, Dan Marino, Isotoner commercials from the the 80's (90's?).  Welcome – looking foward to your third post.

YHC had just been in Vegas for a conference – so I had games of chance on my mind.  I brought a few large dice (smooth and not fuzzy) to add to the post.

But first the Warm-o-rama:  SSH, Windmill, IST, Mountain Climbers, Downward dog'ish type stretching.

Shamelessly stealing from Toxic's workout on Friday – we moseyed to the painted track that circles the parking lot.  Grab a partner.  Partner 1 – farmer carries both bells counter clockwise around the track.  Partner 2 runs clockwise around the track – when you meet, exchange bells.  We circled the track until each partner carried 4 or 5 times.

THE THANG:

Each Pax took a turn rolling the dice – exercises were done based on the following list:

2 – 10 SHOULDER TOUCH MERICANS

3 – 10 8-CT BURNERS

4 – 20 CHEST PRESS

5 – 10 LAWN MOWERS EACH ARM

6 – 20 SUMO SQUATS

7 – 20 SWINGS

8 – 20 CURLS

9 – 10 CURL TO PRESS

10 – 20 SKULL CRUSHERS

11 – 10 8-CT BURNERS

12 – 10 BURPEES

Once we went around the circle (14 exercises) – we did some lunge walking and Zamparinni with the bells – and then took another loop around the track – no bells.

Continue rolling dice until we made it about 1/2 way around the circle.  We ended with Burpees and Shoulder Touch mericans – because we hadn't rolled a 12 or a 2 yet.

Take another loop around the track.

Recover, Recover

Vegas Strip Moelskine

– Good group this morning – good numbers given the forecast

– Got an update from Kid Rock at Coffeteria that he is definitely on the mend following Meniscus surgery.  Keep healing up, brother.

– Great to have Isotoner out – he continues the long line of EH's by Omega.  May our circle ever continue to grow.

– Always an honor and a pleasure to be with the PAX.  Love the boost I get from taking the Q.

Peace,

Holiday
