Pusher ventured out of his normal Davidson posts to give us a good old fashioned beat down. Don't have all the details, but a lot of step ups, push ups, dips, and squats. Bear crawls and lunges thrown in, and a dash of Australian Mountain Climbers (new one for me!). Also worked the core quite a bit.
