I wouldn’t be out that early without you. I know others wouldn’t be there either. Perhaps you were only there because you knew someone else would be there? Thanks for all the help with MARY while I grabbed my paper and pen and the patience in COT while I wrote all the names down. (so, archaic, I know)If you haven’t Qd in a while, step up. If you have never Qd and want some help, hit me up. The Master Qs need your help and it’s tons of fun. There was a lot of mumblechatter this morning AT FIRST…but, by the 3rd round it was much less. Outlaw mentioned that he needs Qs for PAINinsula and that YHC proved it was easy to lead a group just running around in circles. Uh, it was more of a trapezoid shape *wink*A WIB is a pretty easy workout to Q. You usually just have to announce the rules at the beginning and send the pax on their way. However, I like to keep everyone together, so I didn’t announce the WIB until Landline figured it out.The pax were my guinea pigs for a new warm up exercise (Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes). It may stick, or may never be seen or heard from again. Whenever we got to the spot where we did WW2 Sit Ups, all we could smell was bacon. It almost got us to quit and go inside for, well, bacon…and coffee.
