Mosey to traffic circle at Stumptown & Hugh Torrence: Carolina dry docks and mountain climbers IC

Continue up Hugh Torrence to first intersection: Burpees x 10 OYO

Continue to next intersection: LBC x 20 OYO

Sprint up Travolta Hill to traffic circle for pain clock…start at 1 o’clock w/ 11 merkins & 1 squat, move to 2 o’clock w/ 10 merkins & 2 squats…all the way around to 12 o’clock

Repeato intersection exercises on way back to GOE

Lots of ground covered today…2.3 miles per Strava! Great work by everyone today and extra kudos go out to Bam Bam, who stayed on campus w/ Baxter, but still completed a steady circuit of burpees and pull ups. I expected you to have gone home once we got back but was impressed to see you still out there!
