Log Cabin Ops

Event Date

Mar 13, 2019

New spot for Stretch this week, the Log Cabin at Mt. Zion Church.  Actually used by the Boy Scouts, the cabin is pretty cool, actually heated, and provided nice acoustics for our music and tables for our coffee.  The floors were even cleaner than the gym.  All around a nice experience.

The biggest challenge was getting in the door.  The look and code was not easily manipulated, and the black on black letters on the combo dial posed a nice challenge in the dark.  Good thing phones come with flashlights.

Clown car had the Q, which was good, for us 4x were the only attendants.  Everyone else missed out, because it was great!

Die Hard took the lead and ran us through the majority of stretches.  Great job!

YHC came up next and concentrated on the "hold all stretches for 30 seconds" while I tried to think of the next one.  Seemed to work out for me.

Ultraman had some nice stretch combos.  My hips are all the better for it!

Black Bart brought up the last co-Q and brought us home… well almost, ran out of ideas with about 4 minutes to go but Ultraman filled in some gaps until recover – recover.

All in all, a good stretch to break up the week of P200 running.
