Warm up run to front of school – side straddle hop (10) – Burpees (10) x 2
Run the back of school and grab block.
10 rounds of the following with a few burpees sprinkled in:
10 curls – 10 press – 10 skull crushers – 10 squats – 10 v ups with block
Last set was a little more.
