Iron Pax Challenge Week 1: The Sequel

Believe Dingo, Big Montana, and 9 Lives got a Standard in before the festivities.

 

8 men got a small surprise from YHC this morning with a revisit of the Iron Pax Challenge.  This was a four-week event that occurred over the summer.  I did two of the four workouts and had been wanting to give it another shot on Week 1.  So here we go…

 

Warm-up

Mosey to the back and grab a block

5 X SSH IC

5 X Toy Soldier IC

5 X IST IC

5 X Windmill IC

 

The Thang

Iron Pax Challenge Week 1:

50 X Air Squats

40 X Big Boi Sit Ups (used cinder blocks to keep feet in place)

30 X Mericans

20 X Bonnie Blairs (Jump Lunges, both legs = 1 rep)

10 X Burpees

400M run

4 rounds for time

 

Pull Ups for those who finished early and then grouped together

10 X Curls

10 X Skull Crushers

10 X Shoulder Press

Put blocks up

20 X Low Flutter IC

10 X Pretzel Crunch IC

Elbow Plank to Finish

 

Recover, Recover

 

Moleskin

Someone was having some issues with their car this morning and pulled into LFC.  In true F3 fashion, three brothers (9 Lives, Bunyan, and Dingo) were there to help.  The downside is they did not get a time for The Challenge but completed at least 3 rounds.  Here is what I had:

 

Times:

Baller: 25:38

Fescue: 28:12

Big Montana: 28:36

Freedom: 29:10

Caboose gave me a time of 15 minutes and Tommy Boy said 45 minutes.  They were both somewhere between these numbers
