Get in groups of 2 

75 Burpees total. One person Karaoke to the fence and back whike the other is doing burpees

PC run to the baseball hill

150 Merkins total. One person mosey down the hill Quadraphelia back up while the other person is doing Merkins

PC run to the front of the Gym

300 LBC total. One person bear crawl to the end of the first island mosey back while the other person is doing LBCs. 

Mosey back to the launch pad

Colossians 4:5-6 New Living Translation (NLT)

Live wisely among those who are not believers, and make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be gracious and attractive[a]so that you will have the right response for everyone.

We need to be good examples for Christ at the same time looking for good oppurtinities to witness to unbelievers. Also, we need to be prepared to witness by knowing the word. 

Keep Mulligan's friend's family in your prayers as they are going through the loss of a loved one. 

We are seeing sucide and depression in our daily life more and more. Keep that whole sitiuation in your prayers and keep your eyes open for signs to help someone in need. 

I forgot to remind everyone about the bible study on Thursday at Retreads house starting at 7:30. It was awesome last week. You don't have to working out regularly to attend. Just show up. 

Great to see all of you out there this morning. Especially Scope, because I didn't give him a shout out on my last back blast and I had to make it up. You are the man. Keep it up.
