No Exercise Equipment

I planned to bring a bunch of equipment for the workout: heavy bag, boxing gloves, jump rope, 3-gallon water pails, etc. 
Then, I decided to bring nothing and still try to get a good workout in.

Warm-Up:
40 IC SSH
15 IC Tony Hawks
15 IC Windmills
15 IC Mtn Climbers
15 IC Copperhead Squats
 
Indian Run:
From the AO to the pool parking lot.  The last Pax in line drops for 3 merkins before running to the front.
 
At the Clubhouse: OYO 10 Merkins, 10 WWI Sit-ups, and repeat until each Pax runs the perimeter of the clubhouse/tennis courts.

Indian Run:
From the pool parking lot to the AO.  The last Pax in line drops for 3 merkins before running to the front.
 
Back at the AO:
1 pax Quadraphilia to the top of LBH (Crepe Ridge; right from AO) 10 burpees at the top, then run down the hill, back to the AO (as the timer).
Other pax are:
  – Bear Crawl up the parking lot, Lunge walk down, repeat (round 1)
  – Karaoke up the parking lot, Lunge walk down, repeat (round 2)
  – Karaoke up the parking lot, Mosey down, repeat (round 3)
 
1 Minute of each:
  – max. Merkins to plank
  – WWI Sit-ups
  – LBCs
  – max. Merkins to plank

Remember that you could always have more, but then again, you could always have less.  Be content with where you are because God has not left you. He will never leave you nor forsake you. You are exactly where He wants you.
